Terms and Conditions for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Events
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events organized by TR Together, a department of Tavistock Relationships. By registering for and attending our CPD events, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Registration: To attend a TR Together CPD event, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information, including your name, contact details.
1.2. Payment: Payment for CPD events must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking and Cancellation
2.1. Cancellation by Participant:
· Cancellations received 60 days before the event will receive a full refund.
· Cancellations received 30 days before the event will receive a credit note.

2.2. Cancellation by TR Together:
· TR Together reserves the right to cancel CPD events due to unforeseen circumstances, low registration numbers, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be notified, and TR Together will refund the registration fee in full or offer a credit note for an alternative event.
- TR Together reserves the right to reschedule an event due to a solo presenter cancelling due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance we will transfer your booking to the alternative date. If you are unable to attend the new date we can offer a credit note or a refund.
- TR Together reserve the right to change a speaker at one of our multiple speaker events without offering a credit note or refund.
3. Privacy and Data
3.1. TR Together will collect and process personal data provided during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for an event, you consent to such data processing.
4. Discounts and Promotions
4.1. Discount Codes: From time to time, TR Together may offer promotional discounts for CPD events. These discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, and the use of discount codes must comply with those terms.
5. Recordings
5.1 Access to recorded events runs for 365 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at purchase. 1 month before the end of that period you will be notified of the option to renew your subscription
5.2 Tavistock Relationships reserves the right to change, update, remove or add content at any time
5.3 Unless stated otherwise, copyright and all other rights in all publications and materials supplied to you by Tavistock Relationships are owned by Tavistock Relationships. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell or commercially exploit these materials without the prior written consent of Tavistock Relationships or to the extent expressly permitted by law.
5.4 We will endeavor to make the recordings available 24 hours every day. However, in the case of an unforeseen technical problem or necessary scheduled maintenance we reserve the right to reasonable downtime to resolve this. In such cases, notice will be provided to you by email.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Force Majeure Events: TR Together shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or other labor disputes, civil disturbances, or terrorism.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights in materials presented or distributed during CPD events are owned by TR Together or the respective speakers. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any event materials without prior written consent.

8.1. TR Together's CPD events are intended for professional development and educational purposes. The information and content provided during these events should not be considered as professional advice or counselling. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.
8.2 By registering for a TR Together CPD event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
