Tavistock Relationships and TR Together

TR Together is the professional learning platform of Tavistock Relationships (TR). We are here to promote the study and practice of counselling and psychotherapy as part of TR’s overall aim to create a better world through better relationships.

TR Together, provides a diverse range of high-quality and engaging CPD events aimed at psychotherapists, psychologists, couples therapists and mental health professionals. As well as high-quality events featuring experts with deep skills and experience, we offer a community of engagement and collaboration where therapists can connect with one another.

  • Alice Jacobs Waterfall
    Alice Jacobs Waterfall

    Alice Jacobs Waterfall is the Head of TR Together. A former conference producer, she retrained at Tavistock Relationships, completing their diploma in Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in 2015. She has responsibility for creating and developing TR Together, a TR initiative created to extend and enhance the centre’s continuing professional development offer with a focus on developing new skills and deepening knowledge in community. As Content Director at Confer Alice enjoyed collaborating with many great practitioners across a wide range of modalities and themes and looks to incorporate these valuable insights in to the development of TR Together.

  • Letticia Banton
    Letticia Banton

    Letticia Banton supports with the brand and communication strategy for TR Together. She brings over a decade’s experience working in leading communications agencies. Letticia is also a qualified integrative psychotherapist, having trained at the Metanoia Institute, where she is in the final stages of completing her doctorate in counselling psychology and psychotherapy. Letticia is passionate about building a strong sense of community and connection at TR Together, as well as contextualising new and existing psychotherapeutic theory, research and practice within today’s sociocultural landscape.

  • Ella CareyElla Carey

    Ella Carey is the Events and Marketing Manager for TR Together, where she leads the marketing and delivery of the organisation's CPD training events. She is responsible for growing participation, building brand awareness, and ensuring each event is delivered to the highest standard.

    With over seven years of experience across marketing, public relations, and corporate events, Ella began her career in a marketing and PR agency before moving into the B2B events industry, delivering large-scale conferences and exhibitions with more than 3,400 delegates. She combines strategic marketing with event operations to create engaging learning experiences that connect psychotherapists with leading voices in the field.

  • Elliot Poole
    Elliot Poole

    Elliot Poole is the Lead Technical Support for TR Together's online events. With a strong technical background, including experience as a programmer at Bank of America and an apprenticeship in IT, he brings a wealth of expertise to the delivery of our online and hybrid programmes.

    A key member of the TR Together team, Elliot oversees the technical setup and delivery of every event, providing reliable support to speakers and participants throughout. Working closely with the wider team, he helps create seamless online experiences that enable audiences to engage meaningfully with leading clinicians and contemporary psychoanalytic thinking.
